Under what conditions will snugabub accept a return or exchange?
All returns must be in 100% new condition, not used, nor washed and all packaging in place. Please ensure returned item(s) is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. We will assess all returned item’s condition and refuse any damaged, used or washed items. Any costs associated with sending such refused items back to you are your responsibility.
If you're not satisfied with products you've purchased, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. Please email us first and inform us of the reason for a return and tell us your Order Confirmation Number. We will then provide you with further instructions.
We will provide a refund if you return the goods (not used or damaged) less any freight costs for any items that were received damaged or not as ordered* within 14 days of receipt.

Your purchase price minus paypal or card processing fees these are between 1% to 3.5% and minus postage costs, we will confirm this amount upon request of refund.

Refunds are completed via internet banking, direct deposit transfer or via paypal refund facilities.
Cancellation
You should contact us immediately should you wish to cancel any order for the Products placed through the Website. Requests for cancellation will be considered by Kumpny Pty Ltd and may cancel the order at their discretion. Kumpny Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs for any orders cancelled prior to the shipment of your order.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
